Through the 2013 Federal Budget, the RFCPP has made $10 million available over 2 years. During the first year of the program (2013-14), $4 million was made available for eligible projects. During the second year of the program (2014-15), $6 million will be available for eligible projects. Funds will be allocated through a competitive process.
